The room sizes left a lot to be desired, with many finding them cramped for larger luggage. Showers had an annoying habit of changing temperature mid-use. A disappointing dining menu was limited, resulting in some unoriginal meal choices-vegetarian guests, in particular, had a rough time finding something palatable. And let's not forget the cost of drinks at the bar, which a few had said were a bit steep compared to what you'd expect at similar places.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bed matras.

We stayed for one night as a stopover on our way to the Alps. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to the nearby tram that can take you to the city center in no time. The outdoor terrace was a nice spot to relax with our small dog after a day on the road. The breakfast was decent and definitely worth the price, especially considering the nearby attractions like the Museum of Fine Arts and Parc des Argentieres.

Hotel was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. Super beds, central heating, a work desk and a TV set in the room. Polite staff interactions. Great customer care, parking on-site. Everything good.

Excellent location for an overnight stop en route to the alps, perfectly located on the side of the motorway

We booked adjoining rooms for a family but were very disappointed to find that the rooms were simply next door to each other and had no interconnecting door. With a 4 and 8 year old this was far from ideal.

We had a one night stop over on our way to the south of France, it was just very nice and relaxing which was just what was needed after a long drive. Would use this hotel again next time we go to the south of France

Chur, the staff were super friendly and sorted me out with a dinner after a long drive.

Staff was helpful. Location was convenient as it was a short stop while driving from Cannes to The Netherlands for us. Dijon was a very nice place for a quick walk and nice dinner. Parking was available. WiFi was free.

No lift.

We chose this hotel for it's location, it is very close to where we needed to be. It is modern and clean with air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We ate at the adjoining restaurant as we were tired and didn't want to drive again. Rather overpriced. Just two small gripes, although we booked a double room we were only given one tea bag and one coffee sachet! Also allocation of towels could be more generous.
